Paty Chinchilla (she/ella)
Assistant Teacher
Paty is a Preschool teacher originally from El Salvador, and in 2001 she arrived in the united states with her two eldest daughters. Since then she has lived in San Francisco, and when her 3rd Daughter was born she sent her to a preschool program. Which is where her love of teaching began, leading her to take classes in Early Childhood Development at City College in San Francisco. And after taking these classes she fell in love with her job of teaching, enjoying that she is constantly learning through the profession. As an Immigrant to the United States she recognizes the adversity that many families face when coming to the U.S., which is a big motivator in her work with children and families in the communities we serve. In her free time she loves spending time with her children and grandchildren, and doing fun activities!
